Your coach will explain your assessment results, helping you understand your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and gain insights into what they mean.
Based on your responses to the AQ assessment, you’ll receive not only your AQ results in 15 dimensions, but a personalized and customized plan to level up your adaptability quotient. This plan will include tips and recommendations for improvement and may include additional support such as coaching, training, accountability, and more, all designed to make you and your team more resilient and change-ready.
