The AQPlus virtual experience is designed for everyone -from students, front-line workers to senior executives - anyone looking to transition, grow, and thrive in a never-normal world.
Each coaching experience is 30 days. During that time you will receive by email or text, almost daily articles, videos, challenges, and opportunities to set goals and make journal entries (all downloadable at the end.). Each daily experience can be completed in 5 to 10 minutes, a small amount of time for the large rewards you'll receive.
While we'd love to be able to guarantee a promotion, new job, and clear sailing through the volatility and uncertainty of Never-Normal, we aren't fortune tellers and miracle workers. What we can guarantee is that you'll be given the tools, techniques, and support you need to help find opportunities in challenges, to see the future with more optimism and confidence, and to lead your career and teams with a people-forward mindset.
YES! While each 30-day experience is based on the most up-to-date self-help microlearning practices, we realize it is sometimes helpful to have someone to talk to and help hold you accountable. We encourage that you first reach out to your managers or co-workers but just in case you need more - we have a team of expert coaches and consultants waiting to help.
While we highly encourage all participants to complete the AQai Assessment, it is NOT required. Each coaching experience can be completed independently or as a follow-up to other popular assessments such as StrengthsFinders, Big5, DISC, MBTI and more.
